All items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) for cost saving reasons and also for tracking purposes. If you prefer to ship via a different carrier please contact by phone and we can make special arrangements.
Returns & Replacements
There is no refund available on custom/personalized items as they are of a personal nature and thus of not resell-able.
Orders can be placed by contacting us via email.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We currently accept payment through Paypal and via check sent by mail. Please do not send cash in the mail as there is no way of us assuring that your funds reach us in good order. All pricing on the website or received via email is final.
Being that these are custom items, not resealable to others, we require payment in advance for your order. %50 of the cost at time of order and the remaining at the time of shipping.
